TIIB in DKP Launches UAE’s First Direct MOU Initiative under ICIP to Provide Paid Internships to Students

Dubai, July 30, 2025 – In a groundbreaking step set to redefine student opportunities in the UAE, TIIB, based in Dubai Knowledge Park (DKP), has become the first educational institution in the country to sign direct Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with over 32 leading conglomerates under the flagship program ICIP (Industry Connect Internship Program).

This first-of-its-kind initiative, powered by Equitoria Global and aligned with TIIB’s vision for industry-driven education, introduces paid internships for students. • Paid internships with a minimum stipend of AED 1,000 per month, helping students manage daily expenses.
• Internship hours capped at 20 per week (as per UAE labor laws), ensuring academic progress is not compromised.
